The fund’s maximum gross exposure is capped at 200% of NAV (i.e. a maximum of leverage 200%)with a net directionality range of market neutral to a maximum of 40% of gross nominal exposure

The fund will be investing in equity and equity derivatives of single name companies and indices across the region, allocating capital to company, sector, and country based on a fundamentally driven investment approach

The fund employs a comprehensive and independent risk management and control process which aims to enhance the risk versus return profile of the fund
- Hindsight Group had average assets under management of approximately US$300M for the year 2007, which were invested primarily in Asian markets. The Hindsight Group currently also acts as investment manager to the Hindsight Asia Fund, a multi-strategy private investment fund focused on Asian markets which was launched in November 2005. The Hindsight Group also acts an investment manager or trading adviser with respect to other accounts, including a separate managed account which has an investment objective substantially similar to that of the Hindsight Equity Focus Fund. Such account has achieved a positive return of approximately 50% in 2007 since commencement in February 2007
