- Mr. LEUNG holds a BSc with Honours in Economics and Mathematics from the University of London (UK). Mr. LEUNG has previously held licenses under the SFC (HK) as a Type 1 responsible officer, Type 2 licensed representative and he is currently a Type 9 licensed representative and is one of three Responsible officers of Hindsight Investment Management (HK) Limited. Mr. Leung was also Series 7 registered with the NYSE and NASD (USA), and was registered with the SFA (UK) as a licensed securities representative.
